The overall objective of the WB6 Reform and Growth Monitor is to enable civil society organisations (CSOs) in the WB6 to actively contribute to the design and credible implementation of reforms related to the four pillars of the Growth Plan for the WB6 (Growth Plan). One of the four pillars is Green Transition and Digital Transformation: covering reforms in energy efficiency, renewable energy, cyber resilience, and the development of digital public services. The proposed action aims at four specific objectives which systematically provide for evidence-based monitoring and CSO-led policy dialogue with a multiplication factor through an extensive capacity building grant scheme and implementation of communication strategy on progress and benefits of the plan.
