Capacity Development for the Use of Environmental Information
Environmental capacity building and a intraregional cooperation component with Montenegro and North Macedonia. It focuses on improving data management through a further functionalised Metadata Portal, strengthening the planning and monitoring of IUCN Category II Parks, and clarifying Natura 2000 procedures with the involvement of key institutions. The expected results will support EU approximation, particularly under Chapter 27, the INSPIRE Directive, the Habitat and Birds Directives, and the Aarhus Convention. Intraregional activities have an approximate budget of 50 000 EUR.
