The Project aims to provide the populations of the basin with improved water security, health conditions, more stable livelihood, enhanced resilience to climate change and variability while promoting gender equality. Location of implementation is the extended Drin river basin (Albania, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia). United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as executive agency .
