Green Horizons-Enabling Just Transition
The project supports coal-rich regions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo* in transitioning to a green economy. It addresses fragmented policies, capacity gaps, and low awareness through baseline assessments, a Just Transition Support Framework, and awareness-raising initiatives. By fostering green entrepreneurship, especially among youth and women, and aiding SMEs in transitioning, the project paves the way for a holistic and equitable transition.
