European Training Foundation (ETF) - Greening Responses to Excellence through Thematic Actions (GRETA)
The initiative aims to strengthen skills ecosystems to drive regional development in the context of the green transition. With a sectoral focus on renewable energy and the building and construction industries, it supports VET providers in adopting a whole-institutional approach to greening. GRETA is closely linked to the EU Initiative for Centres of Vocational Excellence and Erasmus+ and promotes knowledge sharing within a global network of skills for the green transition. By empowering VET providers and regional skills ecosystems across Western Balkans Six and other partners, GRETA fosters innovation, competitiveness, and intraregional cooperation, equipping learners and communities for a more sustainable and resilient future.
