Albania: Separation Act, Law 90/2021, as amended by Law 119/2024

Albanian legislation separating the domestic railway company HSH into distinct infrastructure and operational entities. Law 90/2021, as amended by Law 119/2024, gave legal effect to the separation, which Albania carried out alongside the establishment of a new Railway Regulatory Agency.
