North Macedonia: Law on Industrial Emissions

North Macedonia's Law on Control of Industrial Emissions, published as item 3956 in the Official Gazette of North Macedonia No. 193 of 18 September 2025. It was one of fifteen laws published in that same Gazette issue, alongside amendments to laws on public enterprises, public property, road traffic safety, energy efficiency, and the accessibility of public-sector websites and mobile applications, among others. The law was adopted by the Assembly of North Macedonia at its session held on 12 September 2025.
