Annual Implementation Report of the Acquis under the Treaty Establishing the Energy Community

The Energy Community Secretariat's annual assessment of how far Contracting Parties have transposed and implemented the acquis under the Treaty establishing the Energy Community, prepared under Article 67 of the Treaty. It assigns each Contracting Party an implementation score and groups findings thematically, including a cluster on improving the environment. The 2025 edition reports emissions data for plants covered by the domestic-level Emission Reduction Plans (NERP), including a 17.1% increase in sulphur dioxide emissions from NERP plants in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2024 to 212,905 tonnes, and a 10.8% decrease in dust emissions.
