Serbia: Domestically Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0)

Serbia's third domestically determined contribution (NDC 3.0), submitted to the UNFCCC in 2025. It sets a greenhouse gas emission reduction target of 40.1% by 2035 compared with 1990, excluding land use, land-use change and forestry. Serbia and Montenegro were the only two of the Western Balkans Six to submit an NDC 3.0 during 2025.
