North Macedonia: Law on Innovation Activity, Scientific and Technological Development and Entrepreneurship (INOVA)

Law on Innovation Activity, Scientific and Technological Development and Entrepreneurship of North Macedonia establishes a legal framework for innovation activity, scientific-technological development, and entrepreneurship. It appears alongside nine other acts in the same issue, including a new Law on Issuance of Value Vouchers for students' electronic device purchases, amendments to laws on commodity reserves, tobacco products, technological industrial development zones, pension and disability insurance, health insurance, and financial support of investments, a customs implementation decree, and the 2025 Programme for the Protection of Vulnerable Energy Consumers.
