Industrial Policy of Montenegro 2024-2028

Montenegro's industrial policy for the period 2024 to 2028, adopted by the Government of Montenegro with an accompanying implementation action plan. It sets four strategic goals: improving the environment for the digital and green transition of industry, increasing investment and financing models for long-term industrial competitiveness, promoting innovation based on smart and sustainable development, and improving access to the EU single market and regional economic cooperation. Priority areas include energy transition and climate neutrality, circular economy business models, digital transformation, skills, access to finance and balanced regional development.
