RESourceEU Action Plan

A European Commission action plan adopted on 3 December 2025 that accelerates implementation of the EU's critical raw materials strategy, building on the framework of the Critical Raw Materials Act. Its adoption is directly relevant to the Western Balkans Six, which the EU has positioned as a partner in diversifying raw material supply chains and where critical raw materials have been prioritised in smart specialisation strategies and economic development agendas.
